Holt Renfrew, one of Canada's oldest retailers, founded in 1837, and an official milliner for Her Royal Majesty, Queen Victoria.
Challenge:
Holt's Instagram account was approached as a digital catalogue under the eye of the brand Creative Director, that combined with quippy statements to enhance their lifestyle appeal, and capture brand essence.
HARRY ROSEN
CLIENT:
Harry Rosen, Canada's oldest and most recognized family run menswear department store with locations in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto.
Challenge: Having writers in-studio was essential to Harry Rosen's eCommerce production team. Writers were encouraged to touch, feel, and absorb the essence of every garment and infuse it into web catalogue copy, while relying on personal expertise and knowledge of luxury brands. Writers were expected to deliver 30-40 item descriptions per day.
